Endless Summer Fence Stain and Fence Stain Concentrate
In the event Vagabond Oil & Paint, Co. Endless Summer Fence Stain and Fence Stain Concentrate, when used according to the product instructions, fails to resist water damage or color fade for three (3) years on vertical surfaces, Vagabond Oil & Paint, Co. at its option, shall either refund the purchase price or replace the product. Vagabond Oil & Paint, Co., its parent company Gravitas Products, Co. and any of their affiliates shall have no liability for any other damages or labor costs of any kind, whether direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, or otherwise for any defect in its products. Vagabond Oil & Paint, Co., its parent company Gravitas Products, Co. and any of their affiliate’s liability and warranties cannot be modified or extended by its manufacturer’s representatives, distributors, or dealers of these products.
Clean DeFence
In the event Clean DeFence, when used according to the product and application instructions, fails to retard mold, algae, moss or mildew growth on a wood or concrete/masonry surface for three (3) years, Vagabond Oil & Paint, Co. at its option, shall either refund the purchase price or replace the product. Vagabond Oil & Paint, Co., its parent company Gravitas Products, Co. and any of their affiliates shall have no liability for any other damages or labor costs of any kind, whether direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, or otherwise for any defect in its products. Vagabond Oil & Paint, Co., its parent company Gravitas Products, Co. and any of their affiliate’s liability and warranties cannot be modified or extended by its manufacturer’s representatives, distributors, or dealers of these products. In areas of high foot traffic, protection times may vary.
