If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase of unopened product.  If the product you wish to return has an inner seal and it is broken, we are unable to accept the return.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. We will send you a prepaid shipping label from the address the product was originally delivered to.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided and the original packaging.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of the returned item delivering to our facility.
  • If you are requesting a replacement or refund because your item was damaged in shipment and you are unable to return it. Please reply to your original confirmation email with pictures and a description of the damage.  A member of our team will reply within two (2) business days to help resolve your issue.
